Berries
Berries have significant nutritional value and health advantages and are accessible too! These fruits are rich in antioxidants, which protect the body from stress. Antioxidants in blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries may protect the body from free radical damage and inflammation.
Vitamin C, essential for immunological function, is found in berries. Collagen formation, which keeps skin healthy and reduces wrinkles, is also affected by it. The fiber in berries aids digestion and blood sugar regulation.
Berries offer cognitive advantages too. Berries boost memory and cognition, according to research. This may help reduce tension and anxiety by improving attention and concentration.
Fresh, frozen, or dried berries are versatile. They may be eaten alone, added to smoothies, baked, or topped over yogurt or porridge. They’re sold in most grocery shops and farmers’ markets during peak seasons.

Hello!
Think fish should be eaten more than once a week.Beets are good for the blood – all types of vegetables- asparagus, bitter greens like dandelions ( for seasonal cleanse in the springtime).
I still eat well-sourced meat from time to time for iron it provides.
Happy Eating!
