Green Tea
Camellia sinensis leaves make green tea. It reduces tension and is abundant in nutrients. Theanine in green tea leaves causes this.
Theanine increases brain alpha waves to relax and lessen tension. Green tea reduces stress and anxiety because alpha waves soothe and calm the body. Antioxidants in green tea protect the body from stress. Catechin antioxidants prevent inflammation and free radical damage.
Green tea is versatile and nutritious. Hot, cold, or as a supplement. It may be used as a foundation for iced tea, smoothies, and cookery.
Eggs
Eggs are perhaps the most popular nutritious food on this list. They are rich in vitamin D, which helps bones and mood. Low vitamin D levels are linked to sadness and anxiety. Eggs boost vitamin D, which reduces tension and anxiety.
Eggs include protein and healthy fats, which may boost energy and mood. Healthy fats regulate hormones and brain function, while protein builds and repairs muscle. Choline in eggs helps brain growth and memory.
Eggs are extremely versatile too. Boil, fry, scramble, bake, or use them in baking. They’re cheap and generally accessible, making them a good budget alternative.

Hello!
Think fish should be eaten more than once a week.Beets are good for the blood – all types of vegetables- asparagus, bitter greens like dandelions ( for seasonal cleanse in the springtime).
I still eat well-sourced meat from time to time for iron it provides.
Happy Eating!
